B. Venue for meetings
Hindu Club Convention Center
Hindu Club is one of the most outstanding Convention Centres in Latin America. Less than 30 minutes
from Downtown Buenos Aires, with a quick and easy access through Pan-American Highway.
An exclusive place, framed by a real natural panorama, with ancient trees and green spaces for the best
combination of events and entertainment.

C. Dates
Arrival in the evening of the Tuesday 7th February, and departure on the afternoon of Sunday 12th
February.
D. Entry fee
€620 in a double room or €800 in a single room. The entry fee includes:
• Single or double rooms from February 7th (2 pm) to February 12th (12 noon).
• Breakfast (8thto 12th).
• All rooms have Cable TV, room service, carpet or wooden floor
• Free access to GYM, Tennis courts, and football fields. (Golf courses have a green fee)
• Lunch at the conference centre (8th to 12th).
• Two coffee breaks a day (8th to 12th).
• Special Dinner on Saturday 11th.
• Free wireless internet access in all meeting rooms, rooms and restaurant.
• Reception and technical working facilities with printer, photocopier, office supplies, etc.
• Support personnel for registration, secretarial support, etc.
• One main meeting room for open meeting and Plenary.
• Small rooms (20 persons), as required, for committee meetings etc.
Entry fee without accommodation or breakfast: €300.
Accompanying person (in a double room) €400 – covers accommodation, lunch, breakfast all days, and
Saturday 11th special dinner.
All rooms are equipped with:

E. Extra days
No extra days at the Centre are allowed.
F. Arrival and departure
Buenos Aires has two major airports: Ezeiza and Aeroparque.
Ezeiza International Airport (Ministro Pistarini) is located at 35 km from Buenos Aires City and 50 km
(highway ) of Don Torcuato (45 minutes drive) and almost all international flights use it.
Aeroparque International Airport (Jorge Newbery) is conveniently located at 8 km from City of Buenos
Aires and 28 km (highway) of Hindú Club CC, but it is only for domestic or international flights exclusively
from Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, and Chile.
Transportation via Airport Bus from EZE to Buenos Aires City cost €10.00.
Transportation from BA to Don Torcuato, costs about €10.00
